At Nebulosa Studios, we take your privacy seriously and believe in giving you full control over your data.
As per Google Play Store guidelines, you can request the permanent deletion of your "Friends Nearby" account and all associated data at any time.
What data will be deleted?
Upon confirming the deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your user profile (name, email, photo);
- Your friend list;
- All your chat message history;
- All Points of Interest (POIs) you created;
- Your location history, if any.
Steps to request deletion:
To ensure security and confirm your identity, the deletion process must be initiated via email:
- Send an email to contato@nebulosastudios.com.br
- Use the email subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- In the body of the email, please state the exact email address you used to register for the Friends Nearby app.
Please send this email from the same email address associated with your account so we can verify your ownership.
Process Timeline:
After we receive your request and confirm your identity, your account and all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
